great compilation. i like the way arsenal play. pass and move. they always move up and asses their option before passing to see which option is the best. their passes are always perfectly weighted and precise. then they will move and find space to contribute to the attack.

It also helped having quick players like Henry, Pires, Ljungberg who were quick thinkers on the ball.
It also helped having naive opponents. Teams over the past 5 years have played notably deeper offside lines against Arsenal, largely due to the deadliness of their counterattack. Playing against Arsenal without a true holding midfielder is absolutely suicidal, as seen in their win against Chelsea last month. When Chelsea took off Mikel, they went from being outplayed to being totally overrun.
Indeed, I think around the start of the 2004/2005 season teams wised up and started playing deeper against Arsenal, most notably Bolton at first but quickly followed by many other newly-promoted/mid-table sides.
