Another wonderful week, thanks for making it back in May.
My eldest discovered-followed the EPL this year through PES2010 and through Youtube videos of goals, assissts, crossbar challenge and Skill School. Im actually thrilled that he enjoys the assist compilation at his age. Its easy to fall in love with goals and showboat when youre a young lad, it takes more time for appreciation of sublime passing and opening of lanes when you are young.
No matter what, I hope to see more of your fine work next season. Unless you feel like doing the same kind of work for the WC this year :-) If you have the time...
I totally agree! Personally I never really paid much attention to anything other than goalscorers until a few years ago, I suppose that's the British mentality towards football. For me, a great pass is as close as you'll get to art in football. It's great that your son (?) can appreciate the finer aspects of the game at such a young age.
Of course, I'm planning to make a video at the end of the World Cup, with all the differing styles of play there should be a lot to choose from!
